afterBK Network and its affiliates
take the position that your privacy
is critical and something we take
very serious. We aim to safeguard
your privacy, while offering you the
opportunity to apply for credit and
obtain a loan through our network.
In connection with your
application for credit, afterBK Network and/or our
affiliates may acquire information about you, which is
handled as stated in this policy.
- We collect public
and nonpublic personal information about you from
the following sources:
1. Information we
receive from you on the actual credit application,
such as Name, Address, Social Security number, Monthly
Income, date of birth, etc.
2. Public Court Records.
3. Correspondence -The information you provide when
communicating in writing, online or by phone with our
company and/or affiliate representatives.
- Information
gathered from these sources is processed and shared
as follows:
1. We request your
authorization to receive information from a consumer
credit reporting agencies (credit bureaus). That
authorization is transmitted to a participating
affiliate in our network, who will actually request
and receive your credit report.
2. We do not sell information about our customers,
their accounts or transactions to others outside our
network for their use.
3. When we do share information it is limited to the
information necessary for the particular circumstance
and only under strict controls to prevent misuse.
4. Access to the information we obtain about you is
restricted to only those employees; affiliates and/or
service providers who need to know that information to
provide products or services to you. We maintain
physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that
comply with all state and federal regulations to guard
your nonpublic personal information.
5. With your consent, we may inform you of offers for
other services offered by third parties. 6. We do not
disclose or sell your information to non-affiliated
third parties, except with your prior consent.
1. All information is
used to locate a participating affiliate who can
evaluate your application and continue the process of
assisting you in obtaining credit.
2. afterBK Network may disclose information about you
to the following types of third parties: afterBK
Network affiliates- auto dealerships or other lenders
in your region who may be able to assist you in the
auto loan application process.
3. afterBK Network does not knowingly offer its
credit application to minors.
